  Lived there for 5 years (2011-2016). Great for an older apartment. Staff and maintenance were extremely friendly and did/do their jobs promptly. Wonderful for pet owners- no breed restrictions; *upon approval tho*, and also there is a nice, large park called Century Park just down the road with trails. However, it does need to be remodeled. Felt it was a bit pricey for all the things it didn't have. They have a few amenities here- fridge, oven, dishwasher, cable, and they do have a garage for your car :). (There is a gated apartment complex in Watertown by the mall with amenities like its gated, has a gym. ect for those military folks) for a similar price. Again, I still felt it was a good place to stay. Great elementary school near by which was graded well for education. Very safe. Lots of friendly children of all ages, with playgrounds. Carthage is a lovely town as well. But if you are military, its a solid 15-20 minute drive to the gate. If you want to be comfortable, and know your concerns will be heard, this is a place you should at least consider and look into.
